The Bay House!

Behold...the Wild Child...

This was one of those nights when Sophia was rescued from her crib because her father was convinced that she "just wasn't tired yet..." She then proceeds to flail about like a very wild person and crash in a heap 20 minutes later. These are pictures of the flailing.

Still working on those Solids...

She may not be too interested in solid food yet but Sophia is already enthusiastic about her dental hygiene.

Sophia's First Trip to the Beach

Sophia went to Virginia Beach over Father's day weekend. She loved the beach and her uncle Daniel's dog Tyrone. Sophia feels connected to Tyrone because that used to be her name when she lived inside her mom.

We are back in Williamsburg

Well, Travis said he would never move back to Williamburg. Never say never because we are back. As we made our return the Lee family made us feel very welcome as they threw us a Welcome back to Wiliamsburg party. We thank the Lee's and especially Laurie for her "southern" hospitality.

Friends Come to Vist

If you look closely, Sophia is crying as Nerm is holding her. Way to go Nerm.

A couple of friends have come to visit us in Williamsburg Already. Matt Niemitz and Mariah both came by last week to meet Sophia for the first time.

Good Times in Williamsburg

Sophia has many new friends her age in Williamsburg, but her best friend is Braden Lee. They enjoy playing in the pool together and getting "nug nugs" at Chic-Fila

Goodbye Atlanta Family

Sometimes life circumstances take you away from people you really care about. We recently moved from Atlanta to Williamsburg Virginia. We will miss all of the wonderful friends we made while in Atlanta. Sophia is especially sad to leave Matt, Kate and Steph because they were there for her on the day she was born. The Simone family thanks all of the people who enriched our lives while we were at Emory.

Sophia's First Play Date

Sophia had a hot date with future English intelectual Iain Ayers. The son of two Emory professors, Iain's brilliance will some day change the world. Sophia learned many things while at play with Iain.
