Across the Agua...

Travis heads out Tuesday morning to Nicaragua with a large group of students from the Williamsburg Community Chapel...and he takes this laptop with him! So hold back the anger over my lack of posts (you know who you are) - it's for the children. To follow the team in Nica check out the missions blog: http://wccstudentministriesmissiontrips.blogspot.com/

Not Quite Ready for Reality TV...

Sophia and Olivia have heard that cameras documenting your entire childhood and family life may not be the "safest" "happiest" situation after all. Here they are asking the camera crew to leave them to their bath...

Little Yankees

Braden and Coleman lent us their Yankees gear for a photoshoot for Grandpa for Fathers Day. I thought the pictures turned out so well that I made a frame for Travis as well. He's a Mets fan, but I mean, it's baseball and they are his daughters. Apparently I don't understand how these things work...if anyone is interested in a collage of Sophia and Olivia in Yankees gear, I will be hosting a private auction...

I'm starting my own Simplicity movement...

Tara:  We were going to just drop by to see you but we weren't sure if you'd be home.
Christie: But then we were like , "Well, where else would she be?"
Tara: And I said "Well, she could be out walking..."
Christie: Yeah...But anyways we decided to come and look - you are home!

What are the odds?

Congratulations Mariah and Andrew!

Mariah and Andrew got married on Saturday in the event of the season! Mariah was the most effortlessly beautiful bride I have ever seen and the ceremony was so simple and so full of who they are and their incredible love. I actually got to sing in a choir during the ceremony that was....ACAPELLA. Yes, even led by Andrew's old acapella friends. No percussing, but I did get to "ooooOOOOOOHHH" for quite a few bars. I still get chills when I think about it.
Meagan - not impressed with Olivia's wedding outfit (her pajamas because it got cold)
Yet, Olivia still won her over...

The setting for this wedding was breathtaking. Each and every detail was beautiful - so beautiful it even managed to silence the lingering question: "Are we really behind Northampton Blvd right now?"

Peace Babies

Thanks for the Peace Frogs Shirts Lauren!

Swim Babies

It's going to be a fun summer...

She Sits!

Just shy of being seven months Olivia began to sit on her own! This is a huge deal in my very small world for basically three reasons: grocery carts ( I love you Trader Joe, but your carts are not big enough for a toddler, and infant carrier, and groceries), baths, and the beach.
